Heath was one of my favorite actors and he will be missed not only by his family but also by his fans. RIP we will miss you.
He was a great actor. It is to bad that once again drugs takes another life of a celebrity, or just another person life. That is what i am assuming but apparently we won’t know for another 10 days. He died at 28 years old.
It is also sad that he was the second celebrity in one week to die. I hope they do a tribute to him at the end of the new batman movie, where he is playing the joker.
RIP Heath Ledger, may you finally be at ease. You will be missed.
Edit- If you didn’t see Brad Renfro also died, on the 15th. His official cause of death is still unknown. He was only 25 years old.

He was a great actor. and it’s too bad he was so young. I hope his daughter never forgets him! I have lots of movies with him in it, and it will just be so weird to watch them and know that he’s gone.

I agree, Heath Ledger was one of my favorite actors. He was a substantial actor, taking into consideration those roles he played and the result was phenomenal. He acted human roles, and brought real emotions onto the screen. I respect him even more because he protected his daughter from the life that of an actor. He was often seen around town, not shy, but with an air of common. He wasn’t like most actors, if anything, he seemed normal.
He was wonderful actor, who cared about his family, and instead of milking the attention for all it was worth and taking insufficient roles, he respected his career.
Rest in peace, Heath.
He was one of the most talented actors out there. He wasn’t the guy who was always out in the Hollywood spotlight, but he was actually a normal and likeable guy. One that you could probably relate to. It’s a shame that an accidental overdose may have taken away such a valuable life. He was one of my favorite actors and he will be greatly missed by all. I also hope they make a tribute to him in “The Dark Knight”.

Heath Ledger was an amazing actor and was a really all around great guy. On interviews he always seemed so sweet and he was really handsome. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and fans. May he rest in peace.
I really liked A Knight’s Tale, The Lord’s of Dogtown, and Monster’s Ball. Heath was a truly talented individual and it is a shame that a star so bright didn’t shine for long. RIP Sir William Thatcher.
He was the same age as my daughter. Fine young man. A great loss. It is a shame anyone has to die alone….so many people in the world. sad…..
It is sad when someone so young dies. He leaves a little girl without a father. I hope that they can find out what happened to him. Wonder what will happen when the movie he just finished comes out.
I first saw Heath ledger in Casanova and thought he did a great job. Then I saw him in Brokeback mountain and thought what a beautifully made film by Ang Lee and well acted by the two actors. I was sorry to hear about Heath Ledger and his tragic death it came as a shock and totally unexpected.

I loved Heath Ledger he was a good father and loved his daughter very much he will be forever missed it makes me sad to know that his daughter is only 2 years old and she never got to really know her father but still he was a good father. 1. that he will never get the chance to show the world everything he had in him, he had much more to show the world but his time was cut short, which leaves his daughter deprived of her father, and many people left grieving, including not only his family and friends but those who saw him and looked up to him, his fans, collegues and the swarm of people around the world who almost forgot that he was mortal too, this tragedy shows us, that life is precious and we shouldnt forget that, so many lives are taken each day, so sometimes it may be hard but try not to take yours for granted

In this day and age of people having fame undeservedly I can honestly say I didn’t mind whenever there was a story about Heath! He was an excellent actor and my same age and yet so responsible and wasn’t always acting up like you see so many young Hollywood types. For the first time in a long time I was actually sad to see someone I didn’t know personally pass because I feel like we really lost something and I remember hearing someone say they were sad for all the roles he won’t get to play now and last but not least his daughter Matilda that won’t get to have her daddy anymore.
I feel so hurt right now. He seem like a great guy, My heart goes out to his family and especially his daughter.

My heart hurts, and my soul hurts. I will miss him terribly, it doesn’t matter if I knew him personally, he affected my life and for that I mourn his death. He brought so much joy into my life and I am thankful for that. God be with you Heath.
Why do people assume that it was drugs? News reports have already said that the drugs they found were all accounted for – according tot he amounts on the bottle. I *hate* that people automatically go “It MUST be drugs – he was too young to die any other way.” Um, hello! There were reports he had pneumonia – and anyone who has had it or seen someone with it knows that you can get pretty choked up when you cough. Enough to restrict your airway. To me, it was a clear case of an accident. A wonderful actor and – his most important role – father will be missed. I just hope that Matilda does not google her father some day and find nothing but hatred and the video of his body being taken from the apartment. I hope what she finds are kind words and snippets of him acting like a goofball.
What an amazing actor he was. I was shocked when I heard the news about his death. He will be greatly missed. Heath we all love you and will miss you terribly. Love you.

I also loved Heath Ledger, he was a great actor and a great dad to his only daughter. He had so much potential and I never expected to see him die especially the way they claimed he died. It’s still so shocking to know he’s gone and I don’t believe all of these reports.

Heath was not only a great actor, but a truly great human being. He knew so much more about life than most people. He was truly a beautiful and wise soul. It’s tragic that he died so young, and died alone as well. He was always searching for a higher meaning, something that is so hard to find in this cruel world,. Because he was so much more understanding than most people, he had a hard time (suffering from anxiety, etc.) He truly understood that he was on a spiritual journey. May he be blessed forever, and may he find true happiness wherever he is now.

Heath Ledger was one of the brightest actors I’ve seen in a long time. I loved watching him as a fan, and loved watching him as an actress. He was so smart about the roles he chose that his resume was so extremely eclectic. Heath just seemed like such a lovable guy and had an wonderful spirit to him. I know he will be greatly missed by everyone around. It is so sad to lose someone that great at such a young age. It’s also very sad that Matilda will never see her father again. At that age, I know she won’t be able to comprehend what’s going on and it’s crushing to think that. Thankfully his memory will last on, and in the future, hopefully she will be able to find out what a great man he truly was.

Heath didn’t do drugs!!!!!!! He took some sleeping pills like I do. It is easy to take more then you should when your mind is racing and it won’t let you sleep. I know. I too have a problem with sleeping. My mind races and it is very hard to sleep. I take Ambien too. It don’t always work like it should and I’m still up all night long and the next day as well. As far as I heard he just started that med while doing his role as the Joker in the new batman movie. Have you seen some of the pics of that joker???? That one is very dark and evil!! It really hurt Heath to do that role. He had problems with the evilness of the Joker and didn’t tell anyone, just got the script for the Ambien.
He will be missed a great deal. I too loved to watch him. I first saw him in “A Knights Tale”. I just love that movie and the end is the greatest!!
I cried most of today again. BTW I’m the female of yirdsd. He was so darn cute.
I feel through a “sixth sense” that he didn’t want to die. That he had more do in life like have more kids, build a ranch or some type of house, most of give to those who really needed it. He had so many plans. So NO he didn’t want to die. I can’t say it enough, (here I go again, crying) HE WILL BE MISSED A GREAT DEAL!! BY FAMILY, FRIENDS AND FANS LIKE US!!
